What Creators Want More From In Their Industry & How V.A. Is Making It Happen.

Valdez Agency is more than a marketing agency but it is a movement to get creators from all backgrounds, seen, heard and shown when it comes to their content, getting new opportunities and achieving their goals. Regardless of follower count, social media needs to be about creativity once again and not just numbers. That’s what V.A. is focusing on.

Beyond just campaigns and content creation, Valdez Agency also provides job and internship listings that companies are posting for those looking to land certain careers in a specific location and area. We are dedicating to simplifying the industry for all to find what they’re looking for in the world of social media, in their career or for internships to get started.

How Valdez Agency is Breaking Diversity Barriers

Over 55% of our members that are in Valdez Agency all come from the BIPOC community.

Our members come from all backgrounds such as Hispanic or Latino, Black or Afrian American, Middle Eastern, Asian, and so many more.

We asked our Valdez Agency community what they want to hear and this is what we got.

As members join our community, we ask them in our member discovery form what we can do help them get more connections in this industry, what we can help make a change in and what they want to see more of. Below are some of the real member responses we received.
